Family Entertainment Centre Consultant, BALPPA
Tracey Bancroft has been engaged with the Indoor Play Industry since 2003 . A full trained Playworker ,Trainer and has previously owned two indoor playcentres and a mobile play provision ( Playbus). Tracey was a founder member of the Play Providers Association and is now the Family Entertainment Centre Consultant for the British Association Of Leisure , Parks, Piers & Attractions ( BALPPA). Her role includes focusing on supporting the existing membership and membership growth, promoting industry best practice and development of new opportunities to drive the industry forward .
Founded in 1936, BALPPA is the non profit-making Trade Association representing the interests of owners, managers, suppliers and developers in the UK’s commercial leisure parks, piers, zoos, family entertainment centres (indoor play and soft play centres) and static visitor attractions sector.
BALPPA speaks for some 300 members, and ultimately for many millions of customers every year.
